Community
Perttula has been our home since 1911. Today the Company, through its subsidiaries, provides utilities, housing and primary health care to the approximately 4,100 residents of our Perttula community.
Community Master Plan
Our ten-year Community Master Plan, launched in 2021, includes the renovation of Company-owned housing, street and drainage improvements, expanded clinic services and new public spaces. In 2023 we completed a boundary adjustment with the City of Perttula to support the plan.
Working with the City
Perttula Community Services LLC provides payroll and information technology services to the City of Perttula under a shared services agreement, and the Company funds the City's Fourth of July fireworks each year.
Cardwell ISD
The Company has supported Cardwell Independent School District, named for our founder, since its creation in 1927.
