Community Services

Through Perttula Community Services LLC, Perttula Realty Holdings LLC and IPC Health Services LLC, the Company provides electric, water, wastewater and solid waste services, housing, and primary health care to the approximately 4,100 residents of our Perttula community.

Perttula Community Services also provides payroll and information technology services to the City of Perttula under a shared services agreement. Learn more about our commitment to the Perttula community.
