Isla Perttula Corporation Reports Second Quarter 2026 Results
HOUSTON, Aug. 6, 2026 -- Isla Perttula Corporation (NYSE: IPC) (the "Company") today reported results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Revenue for the quarter was $2.02 billion. Net income attributable to the Company was $61 million, or $0.36 per diluted share, including a non-cash charge of $41 million related to capitalized development costs at the Qaqqaq Project. Adjusted EBITDA was $310 million.
"Our Advanced Materials segment continued to perform in line with expectations, and Logistics benefited from seasonal strength at Isla Perttula Air," said Carolyn M. Strand, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Strategic Review. As disclosed in the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, the Qaqqaq Project and associated dedicated logistics and air services are subject to a strategic review, the outcome of which may include suspension. The Company does not intend to comment further until the review is complete.
2027 Turnaround. The Company reaffirmed that the scheduled major maintenance turnaround at Perttula Works will begin in late January 2027.
Dividend. The Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share, payable September 15, 2026 to shareholders of record on August 31, 2026.
