HOUSTON, July 29, 2024 -- The Board of Directors of Isla Perttula Corporation (NYSE: IPC) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share on the Company's Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on the last business day of the following month.
