Isla Perttula Corporation Advances Perttula Community Master Plan
PERTTULA, Texas, May 2, 2023 -- Isla Perttula Corporation (NYSE: IPC) today announced progress on its Perttula Community Master Plan, a ten-year program of investment in housing, streets and public spaces in the Perttula community.
Milestones in the first half of 2023 include the renovation of 86 residential units on Oakes and Varela Streets, resurfacing of Cardwell Boulevard, the opening of an expanded pharmacy at the Perttula Community Clinic, and the completion of a boundary adjustment with the City of Perttula.
