Isla Perttula Corporation to Acquire Lakeline Magnetics
HOUSTON, June 28, 2022 -- Isla Perttula Corporation (NYSE: IPC) today announced a definitive agreement to acquire Lakeline Magnetics LLC, a producer of sintered neodymium-iron-boron magnets in Round Rock, Texas. The acquisition extends the Company's Advanced Materials segment from separated oxides to finished magnets.
