HOUSTON, June 3, 2019 -- The Board of Directors of Isla Perttula Corporation (NYSE: IPC) today named Carolyn M. Strand President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2019. Walter H. Cardwell III, who has served as Chief Executive Officer since 1996, will continue as Executive Chairman.
